I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa over the course of many years in her role as a professional speaker and trainer. We had hired a few team trainers prior to Lisa, I would visit the sessions and my personnel were nodding out or just not paying attention to the instructor. Hired Lisa and when I visited the session she had rearranged the chairs in a circle and everyone was actually involved, after the first session the employees that did not attend along with the employees that attended were asking for an opportunity to attend or attend again. Lisa molded my work center into a fully functional team. The best thing is when I tried to hire here for continuing sessions after the team was fully functional her reply was "I would love to take your money however there is nothing left for me to do here." When I see a riff in the team I bring Lisa back for an occasional session.
