Consulting Services As a Master Trainer and Coach, Lisa has consulted on corporate communication culture, leadership skills and upskilling in the workplace from the C-suite to the front line as well as a corporate advisor for organizations such as Wakefern, U.S. Navy, Federal Reserve, INLIVIAN housing redefined, Harris Bank-BMO, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a host of other entities.

Lisa is often enlisted for customization, development and execution of training curriculum, communication strategies and internal leadership academies for corporations throughout the United States. Called on by repeat clients to mold workplace staff into fully functioning teams. Lisa has had the opportunity to coach executives on international protocol, global communication and relationship building.

In Chicago, Lisa entered the workforce development world and led the design and implementation of a work readiness training program to prepare young adults to enter the workforce from high school with skills that could propel them into actual careers. Her work was expanded and became a critical component in partnership with the Chicago Public School system and the Evanston Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment program during the pandemic.
